Britney Spears has more than once made rather ghastly fashion choices and doesn't seem to learn from her mistakes.
Out grabbing lunch with her friends, Spears came out wearing an outfit that had two bright clashing colors red and neon pink, teamed up with leggings that looked more like the ones people where while out for a workout to the gym.
